In TRIPLE 9, a crew of dirty cops is blackmailed by the Russian mob to execute a virtually impossible heist. The only way to pull it off is to manufacture a 999, police code for "officer down". Their plan is turned upside down when the unsuspecting rookie they set up to die foils the attack, triggering a breakneck, action-packed finale filled with double-crosses, greed and revenge.
Bill Pope (Ryan Reynolds) is a CIA agent on a mission in London tracking down a shadowy hacker nicknamed "The Dutchman." When he gets mysteriously ambushed and killed, an experimental procedure is used to transfer his memories into dangerous ex-convict Jericho Stewart (Kevin Costner). When he wakes up with the CIA agent's memories, his mission is to find The Dutchman and eliminate him before the hacker launches ICBM's and starts World War III. Based in a local bookmakers in North London on a Friday afternoon 'A Punters Prayer' follows a group of friends going about their daily routine as they recreate in the local bookies. Yiannis (Andreas Karras) a soulful, garrulous Anglo Greek former factory owner, Jack (Tommy O'Neil) an outspoken, complex pessimistic long shot hunter - sporting two black eyes and a swollen nose after an apparent car accident and Ian (Jamie Crew) a gullible, ultra-optimistic young lad in his early twenties are an interesting trio. The three, vary in age and life experiences, yet bizarrely the dynamic of their friendship works well for them; laddish banter, discussion about family life, work, and of course the core topic of common interest amongst them - gambling. The gambling 'bug' has a hold over each of them but they all differ in their approach to the habit. On this particular Friday afternoon, Jack decides to bet £250 on a horse win treble which if all three horses win, could net him approximately £350k. Jack's selection of various long-shots chosen by name rather than form creates a buzz at the bookies and suddenly his potential winning betting slip becomes a point of interest for more than one party. Throughout we encounter a variety of abstract characters including local opportunist Holt (Daniel Caltagirone and his two troublesome henchmen; bushy moustached 'Big' Bektash (Mem Ferda), a large Turkish man based in the neighbouring men's social club 'Shooters Club' - not only a terrible poker player, this womaniser is also a sore loser; 'Risk It All' Paul (Dexter Fletcher) visits the bookies once a month and literally risks it all at the drop of a hat by placing wild bets; Pipi (Shezai Fejzo) a playful Albanian arms dealer enjoys a flutter in the bookies back room poker games.

Set against the backdrop of 1977 Los Angeles, The Nice Guys opens when single father and licensed PI Holland March (Gosling) is hired to investigate the apparent suicide of famous porn star Misty Mountains. As the trail leads him to track down a girl named Amelia (Qualley), he encounters less licensed and less hands-off private eye Jackson Healey (Russell Crowe) and his brass knuckles, both hired by the young hippie. However, the situation takes a turn for the worse when Amelia vanishes and it becomes apparent that March wasn't the only party interested. As both men are forced to team up, they'll have to take on a world filled with eccentric goons, strippers dressed as mermaids and even a possible government conspiracy.
